Reprotec Tufflor is a two pack Solvent Free Epoxy coating which provides protective and decorative properties to concrete, steel and other substrates.
The material is supplied as a two pack system, comprising pre-weighed amounts of BASE and CURING AGENT. After mixing together, an easily applied chemical and abrasion resistant finish is produced.
As a tough, waterproof wear resistant floor coating for manufacturing areas, Showroom, Trafficked Warehouse areas, Food preparation areas, Factory floors, Brewery Floors, Abattoir, Garage - Industrial and Domestic, Bottling factories, Engineering workshop floors, Aircraft hangar etc.

Pot life @ 20°C: 45 Minutes
@ 10°C: 90 Minutes
Tack free time @ 20°C: 6 hours
Hard dry time@ 20°C: 10 hours
Full chemical resistance @ 20°C: 7 days
Adhesion strength to concrete: 3.9 MPa (concrete failure)
Adhesion strength to mild steel: >12 MPa
Chemical resistance: excellent resistance to dilute acids, dilute alkalis, oil, petrol, diesel, vegetable oils, raw sewage etc

Reprotec Tufflor is also supplied in 15kg packs in three colours only:-
A 5kg pack is sufficient to treat 16/20 m2 of surface area per coat we recommend a two coat treatment using either Reprotec Florprime as the first coat followed by Reprotec Tufflor, or two coats of Reprotec Tufflor, providing an overall d.f.t. of 400-500 microns. (0.4 -0.5 mm.). It is possible on a good floor that one coat of Reprotec Tufflor will give you the desired finish.
This is around £4 per square metre on a reasonable floor per coat.
one coat may be sufficient on a decent floor - two coats or a primer coat plus 1 top coat will always look better.
Reprotec Tufflor should be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
